“The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. “I was very impressed with the manager, and the front desk girls. Customer service and Hospitality was fabulous however I can see some improvements with amenities such as having washcloths in the rooms along with soap dishes in the shower. My start, was wonderful. Will come back”

“In mezzo al nulla, bella struttura in mezza al nulla, se non avete la macchina, impossibile muoversi, scomodo anche per i taxi. Stanza gigantesca e pulita, personale gentile, colazione da dimenticare. Non c’è molta concorrenza in zona, se lo possono permettere. ”

“We stayed 13 days from May 2 to May 14th. The hotel was clean, safe and the breakfast was the best especially the Trellis Local. There was 24 hour security and St Joseph Village is a beautiful neighbourhood. Would like to give a shout out to Tanya Laing, Carmen, Jennifer, Jenni , Sintra and Remmi G. The only glitch was we requested 2 double beds however the room only had one. The security guard who brought us to our room stated we would have to deal with it as house keeping had left for the day....
